How does THE VAULT work?

THE VAULT drops exclusive deals on curated cannabis packages throughout the week. Each Drop has a floor price and a countdown timer. Make an offer at or above the floor price. When the timer hits zero, the top offer unlocks the deal. The winner receives a Claim Pass with a QR code to pick up their products in store.

Simple: You unlock online, you claim in store.

How do I pick up my deal?

When you unlock a Drop, you'll receive a Claim Pass with a QR code. Take this to your selected Oasis Cannabis location within the pickup window shown on your Claim Pass. Bring a valid government-issued ID proving you are 21+. Our budtender will scan your Claim Pass, build your order, and you pay your winning price.

What happens if I don't pick up my deal?

Claim Passes expire after the time window shown on your pass. If you don't claim your deal before it expires, you forfeit the deal and receive a strike on your account. Multiple strikes may result in account restrictions or suspension.

What is XP and how does it work?

XP (Experience Points) is how you level up in THE VAULT. Earn XP by participating in Drops, unlocking deals, claiming your products, and referring friends. As you earn XP, you climb through Vault Ranks:

• Initiate — Just getting started
• Safecracker — Proving yourself
• Vault Runner — A regular
• Master Thief — Experienced player
• Legendary — Elite status

Higher ranks unlock perks like access to exclusive Drops, higher offer limits, and recognition on the leaderboard.

How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral link with friends. When they sign up, verify their phone, and place their first offer, you both earn XP:

• You (the referrer) earn +250 XP
• Your friend (the referee) earns +100 XP bonus

There's no limit to how many friends you can refer. Stack that XP and climb the ranks.

What is a Founding Member?

Founding Members are users who registered before THE VAULT officially launched. Founding Members receive:

• Early access to every Drop (30 minutes before everyone else)
• Access to Founders Only Drops that regular users cannot see
• A permanent Founding Member badge on their profile
• Bonus XP to jumpstart their Vault Rank

Once THE VAULT launches, Founding Member registration closes permanently.

Why do I need to be 21+?

Cannabis products are only legal for adults 21 years of age and older. This is required by New Mexico state law and the New Mexico Cannabis Control Division. We verify your age during signup and again at product pickup.

How do I stop receiving text messages?

Reply STOP to any text message from THE VAULT. You'll receive a confirmation and will no longer receive promotional messages. You may still receive transactional messages related to active Claim Passes until they are claimed or expire. You can resubscribe anytime by replying START or texting VAULT to (505) 448-0563.

Can I use THE VAULT from outside New Mexico?

No. THE VAULT is only available in New Mexico. All products must be picked up in person at an Oasis Cannabis dispensary location in New Mexico. Cannabis cannot be shipped or transported across state lines.

What if I have a problem with my Claim Pass or pickup?

Contact us at help@oasiscannabisnm.com with your account email and Claim Pass code. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at help@oasiscannabisnm.com with your account email and request account deletion. Please note that upon deletion, all XP and rank progress will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
