Account Registration
When creating an account, you must provide your date of birth and confirm under penalty of perjury that you are 21 years of age or older.
Dispensary Entry
Upon arrival at any Oasis Cannabis location, you will be required to present valid government-issued photo ID at the door before entry.
Package Pickup
At the register, your ID will be verified again before any cannabis products are released. This dual-check ensures compliance.

Consequences of Misrepresentation
Misrepresenting your age to access cannabis products is illegal and will result in:
- Immediate and permanent termination of your THE VAULT account
- Forfeiture of all credits, certificates, and benefits
- Denial of entry to all Oasis Cannabis locations
- Potential referral to law enforcement authorities
- Civil and/or criminal penalties as provided by New Mexico law
Parental and Guardian Responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising their children's internet usage. THE VAULT and all related services are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age and older. If you believe a minor has accessed our platform or created an account, please contact us immediately at help@oasiscannabisnm.com.
Privacy of Age Verification
We respect your privacy. While we require age verification at our dispensary locations, we do not store copies of your identification documents. Your ID is checked in person by trained staff and is not photographed, scanned, or retained by THE VAULT platform. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
